Founding membership

The offer is $11.21 per month for your first 12 months, plus applicable tax, compared with a planned standard monthly price of $21.21. It includes PIŌS Board app access and first-year behind-the-scenes access to 318 Central, personal segments and member group conversations with Wallace, and opportunities to help shape the Board. These extras are available while membership is active during its first year.

The free waiting list does not start a subscription or reserve a price. A physical display, T-shirt and third-party subscriptions are not included. This offer does not enroll you in a YouTube channel membership.

Monthly billing and access

When checkout opens, the first payment is due at signup. Membership renews monthly until canceled, with no minimum term. After the first 12 months, the then-current rate applies, with advance notice of any price change. The planned standard price is not a previously charged price or a guaranteed future renewal rate.

Membership includes access to the digital Board and the stated member content. Participation does not guarantee a particular feature, individual one-to-one sessions or a fixed content schedule. Read the full membership terms.

Canceling membership

Cancel before your next renewal through the billing portal or by emailing hello@pios.io. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for.

Help and refunds

If paid access or a promised service is not provided, contact us about a refund for the undelivered service. Email hello@pios.io with your name and order number, or use the Contact page. Please do not send card details.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days after becoming due; your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Payment processing

Stripe processes payments and refunds when checkout is available. PIŌS does not receive or store your complete card number.
